No class sessions are available for registration at this time.
Groove Juice Swing teachers run both group classes and private lessons. Our group classes typically run in five- or eight-week sessions, usually on the same night for consecutive weeks. The material in these sessions is cumulative; it is recommended that students attend all five weeks to fully lean the material.
Our most common classes are described below.

In this five week series, we'll focus on simple moves and rhythms that are common to all forms of swing dancing... but with the goal of preparing you to move on to Lindy Hop!

- Harlem Charleston [Details]
- In the 1920s, before there was the Lindy Hop, there was Charleston! This 8 week class will teach you moves that preceded the Lindy Hop, and then evolved into a style all their own in the 1930s. We'll start with solo moves and style from the 1920s and 30s, and continue with partnered moves in side-by-side and tandem Charleston, showing you how to weave them all together along the way!
