Warm up this spring with some hot jazz and cardio fun! Join in the SPRING CARDIO CHARLESTON CHALLENGE.


~ Win free Cardio Charleston! Whoever logs the most weeks of class this winter wins 6 free classes -- a Cardio Charleston punch card. (Yes, there may be more than one winner.)
~ Tally up 8 or more sessions of Cardio Charleston this season to win a GJS water bottle.

The Spring Cardio Charleston Challenge winners will be awarded at our 11th session of Cardio Charleston in 2017, which is the last class this spring: Tuesday, June 20.

In 11 weeks of Cardio Charleston this winter you'll learn lots of Charleston & solo jazz steps, warm up your body with some heart-pumping cardio, limber up with some serious stretching, and have week upon week of fun with the Groove Juice Swing gang.

Hot Jazz - Sweet Moves - Great Workout

Join us for an hour-long workout packed with our favorite Charleston and solo jazz steps in a fast paced class that makes you sweat! 6-7pm every Tuesday at the German House, 315 Gergory St.

Drop-In Rate: $8 per class

Groove Juice Swing, established in 2004, is based in Rochester, NY and specializes in Lindy Hop, the original form of swing dance from the 1920s and 1930s. Groove Juice Swing offers dance classes, weekly social dances, live band dance events, performances, and dance workshops throughout the year. Staff members and instructors are passionate about all things Lindy Hop, traveling all over the world to compete against and learn from the very best Lindy Hoppers. They bring that same commitment and enthusiasm to the dance community in Rochester.
